XOLO: ABOUT

Xolo is an Indian smart devices brand launched in early 2012 by Lava International. Its head office is located at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Xolo is a Brand/Company which has been made for a Techno-Savvy person, who Loves Technology, while who has compensated for making the devices at the Affordable Prices so that every common man would be able to buy it. Xolo is a leading brand in Urban Cities (Metropolitan Cities) like Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore etc.

The CEO of Xolo is Sir. Vishal Sehgal, while the Business Head of Xolo is Sir. Sunil Raina.

HOW THE COMPANY/BRAND WAS NAMED XOLO ?????

When they decided to name the company they thought that the name which they give should be easy for the people to spell it and remember while the name should be Short 4 letter word which should be easy to pronounce featuring TWO VOWELS and TWO COUNSONANTS, Thus the 2 O’S ARE Vowels while X and L are the Consonants’. Thus the Company/Brand was named as “XOLO”

Xolo has partnership and worked together with ADOBE, INTEL, AMD, QUALCOMM, MICROSOFT, MEDIATEK, NVIDIA, OPERA.

Xolo launched the Xolo X900 in April 2012 as its first model, which is the world's first smartphone with an Intel processor and it is the first phone in the world which was running with a Intel Chip inside ,and also  Xolo was the first Indian manufacturer to partner with AMD to launch the Xolo Win Tablet

the first 4G smartphone In India = the Xolo LT900

On January 6, 2014, Liverpool FC announced Xolo as its first regional partnership in India as the people in India especially the Youths are more interested in Football rather than any other Sports and they launched Xolo One LIVERPOOL FC Edition.

In 8^th August 2014, Xolo launched its own proprietary user interface - Hive UI that is based on Android. The head of the Hive ui team is Sir. Sachin Naik generally Hive UI team consists of only around 5-6 developers ,which are tending to increase. The head office of HIVE is located at BANGALORE (Vakhil Sqaure).

After the Launch of Hive they Released Xolo 8x-1000 on 6th August 2014 that was the first device running Hive UI (Hive 1.0) that rocked the show and was blessed by the Development.

In December 2014 they launched Xolo Omega Series which was the first Device having OCTA CORE PROCESSOR in a price of  9,999 with HIVE INSIDE, Featuring a Sony Exmor RS 2^nd Gen Sensor.

Omega 5.0 was launched on 10th December 2014, while Omega 5.5 was launched on 20th December 2014.

In the end of the month of June end and during July Starting Xolo launched 2 New Devices Exclusively online i.e

Xolo ERA – A budget phone for the people in a price of 4,999 selling exclusively on Snapdeal on particular Days

And also they launched a Online Brand Named Black in which they will launch One Device once in 3 months
